Want to preserve food by freeze drying it, but don't have access to a freeze dryer? We have you covered! Pick up the trays, load, freeze and bring them back. The food will be ready for pick up in 48 hours. Packaging options available for an additional fee.
Freeze dryer holds 10 to 15 pounds of fresh food per batch. This translates to about 2 to 3.5 gallons of finished, freeze-dried food per load. Tray space: 5 trays (approx. 675 sq. in.).
