Why Sourdough?

I started baking bread in 2020. I started baking sourdough for my family because I like knowing where my food comes from and I like to avoid unnecessary added ingredients in my food.

A friend asked if I she could buy bread and eggs from me each week. I agreed and that was the start of Lindsey's Market. It's grown from there and I love sharing fresh, nutritious bread with others.
